The Economic Justice Coalition, Inc., an energetic, sustainable, and diverse organization envisions a future that promotes healthy families and community. A future where workers are organized with political and economic power, receive just compensation for all types of work, and have access to health care and basic necessities. In a just society where there is respect between all members, actions stem not from fear, but from the faith in our capacity to create change.
Our Mission
The mission of EJC is one of promoting:

- quality jobs, with reference to respectful management and safety issues
- rights of workers to organize and
- participation of workers in governmental decision making
The Economic Justice Coalition (EJC) is committed to justice for hourly wage workers. From the beginning, we have been expressly dedicated to multi-ethnic organizing.
